Procedure for Online submission of application for Staff Quarters

The staff quarter allotment contains Eight parts
- Part I:Search Quarters(Type Wise/Locality Wise)
- Part II :Registration for Fresh or Change Quarters
- Part III :User Verification by DDO.
In Part I , Candidates can Search for the details of the availability of the quarters at the different locality and Type wise.
- To check for locality wise quarters, Candidates to visit DDA’s website www.dda.org.in and open the appropriate locality wise link available. Here, He/she shall click on the view details button to check for appropriate details regarding the total and availability of quarters according to locality. Quarters with Status “V” represent “Vacant” and “A” represent Allotted.
- To check for Type wise quarters, Candidates to visit DDA’s website www.dda.org.in and open the appropriate Type wise link available. Here, He/she shall click on the view details button to check for appropriate details regarding the total and availability of quarters according to Type. Quarters with Status “V” represent “Vacant” and “A” represent Allotted.
In Part II Registration for Fresh or Change Quarters .
“For Fresh Quarters”
- For fresh quarters user entered the personal details like as Name, UID, Entitlement Type, Designation, DOB, DOJ, DOR, Mobile, Email, Office Address, Current Address, and Permanent Address.
- An email will be sent to your email id informing you that the application has been successfully registered with registration number and password.
- After enter the login credentials, open the allotment form and fill the details.
- After fill the allotment form, upload verification document..
“For Change Quarters”
- Firstly user select the type, locality & house number, after select the following value display like as pocket, sector, block, name & father’s name.
- After this click on Apply button, open the popup and enter the date of retirement.
- If DOR is correct, then open the change form else form will not open.
- After fill the change form, user goes to seniority list.
Part III User Verification by DDO.
- DDO verify the user document which is uploaded by user.
- If user is valid then approved the form else canceled by DDO.
- After approval, the user goes to seniority list.
Selection Authority will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or online submission to provide the required details in the application form.
